About this set

The places in this set

The same facts as a table, for checking yourself after a round. It is not a substitute for the cantos.

Where The sin Cantos Guardian The punishment, in one line Souls Dante names

What this drill asks

Only what the poem supplies: for each place in Hell, the sin, the punishment as Dante describes it, the souls he names, the guardian, and the cantos. The facts are the ones on the Map of Hell. There are no summaries and no interpretations here. A wrong answer tells you the right one and which canto to reread.
